Basic Garlic-lemon Aioli

4 garlic cloves, peeled, and chopped fine
2 egg yolks
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon cold water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon fresh basil
Whip the egg yolks and garlic together until well blended, and then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.  Voila!
